About Eternity Online Magazine (www.Eternitymag.com)

Eternity Online Magazine is a Christian corner of the Internet that seeks to exalt Jesus Christ by providing a wide range of quality articles and bible teaching. Our articles can be used for non-profit ministry purposes once permission is obtained. In most cases we will give it gladly.

Mission Statement

Eternity Online Magazine exists to provide thoughtful Christian bible teaching on the Internet and to minister to those it comes into contact with. It will always be a non-profit faith ministry supported by God's provision and the donations of supporters.

Our Statement of Faith

Eternity Online Magazine accepts articles which are Scriptural in content and which conform to the three basic creeds of Christendom (the Apostles Creed, the Creed of Chalcedon and the Nicene Creed). A diversity of theology is cherished. For instance though I strongly agree with believers baptism a sound and balanced argument for infant baptism would be accepted if it was well written. However articles expressing doubt over Scripture or aspects of the life of Christ will never be published. The following "Statement of Belief" is fairly general - because the magazine itself is general. It is in non-theological language for ease of communication. If you want to know what I personally believe you can e-mail me.

1. The Bible is the authoritative, inspired and innerrant word of God.

2. There is one God, eternally existent in three personalities;Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

3. We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutional death on the cross, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the Father and His imminent return to judge the living and the dead.

4. We recognize the existence and personality of Satan, and his present control over sinful man.

5. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for the salvation of sinful man; a person must experience a spiritual rebirth.

6. Only through the power of the Holy Spirit is the Christian able to live a more Godly life.

7. There is a resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the saved to eternal life in heaven, the lost to hell.

8. Jesus Christ is returning soon in power and glory.

9. The "Great Commission" of the Church is to go into all the world and preach the Gospel of Christ to every person, baptizing them in the name of Father, Son and Holy Spirit and teaching those who believe.

10. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers through the working of the Holy Spirit and the Lord Jesus Christ.
