prayer request

Dear friends,
Once again, I've found out about an answered prayer! This one is
especially good to me! When I started college two years ago, I had all
these plans to hang out with a friend from 4-H camp and go to church
with him. But when I finally got up here, he had been kicked out of his
home for staying out all the time and not holding down a job. He was
also a college drop out at the time. I tried to help my friend, but I
reached a point where I just had to turn him over to God and go on
with my life. Since that time, God has lead me in ways and things that I
never would have dreamed of. A few months ago, I shared with all of
you how he had come begging for a place to stay. I had to turn him
away because he needed to go back to his family. We all prayed for
him. Now he is working at a Christian camp as a counselor, and his
relationship with his family has been restored!!! A few days ago, I was
reading the story of Joseph in the book of Genesis. Joseph went
through a lot of bad stuff. But in the end, he praised God and said
what people meant for evil, God meant for good. God was able to
work through being sold into slavery, being thrown into prison, and
being disowned by his brothers. In the end, Joseph was the most
powerful ruler in Egypt except for Pharaoh. He was able to rescue his
whole family from destruction. And he praised God for what happened.
He was able to do this because he believed in prayer. I'm thankful
that we can believe in prayer, also and see God at work!!!

Please pray for a lady who has lived with Cystic Fibrosis
since she was born; she is now on a respirator with her lung capacity
under 40%.
